Special Member

Special Member status is extended to selected members who meet our professional criteria. We take out any uncertainty by verifying applicants' credentials, including professional license, work history, educational background and references, and by performing comprehensive background checks, including a US search. Special Members have a proven professional record and business approach and are reliable and prompt.

As added protection for our Clients, we will refund 100% of our commission fee for a Featured Project and 95% for a regular project, if it is proved that your project has been spoiled because of a Special Member fault. (Third party charges are not refundable)

How to become a Special Member?
You must fill out an application form and provide information about yourself or your company.

How much does it cost?
There is a one-time, US$65 research fee due at the time of your application. Once approved, you pay only US$10 a month to maintain your Special Member status.
